Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of residential and commercial plots. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with a proven track record in real estate or plot sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, marketing campaigns, and networking activities.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial plots to prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer databases regularly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Experience in residential and commercial plot sales is mandatory.
