- Design: Create 3D models and realistic renders.
- Drafting: Prepare detailed GFC and service drawings (electrical, plumbing, ceiling).
- Execution: Conduct site visits across Maharashtra to monitor quality and progress.
- Management: Prepare BOQs, handle material selection, and lead client meetings.
Required Skills & ToolsSoftware:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape.
Core Skills: BOQ estimation, material sourcing, and client handling.
Mobility: Ready to travel for site visits
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
