Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership to the Computer Science department (UG & PG)
- Oversee curriculum planning, teaching quality, and academic outcomes
- Lead faculty development, mentoring, and performance management
- Manage departmental administration and ensure compliance with institutional standards
- Promote research, innovation, and industry collaboration
- Drive student success, placements, and overall departmental growth
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / relevant discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience in higher education
- Proven experience in academic administration / leadership roles
- Strong research background with publications in reputed journals
- Excellent communication and team management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in handling accreditation processes (NAAC/NIRF)
- Exposure to ERP-based academic administration
