- Role: Client Portfolio Manager
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Client Meetings / Site Visits / On-Site
- Experience: 0–3 Years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Weekend Availability: Mandatory for client site visits
- Freshers: Welcome if passionate about sales & real estate
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs
- Manage the complete client journey from inquiry to closure
- Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer engagement
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to business growth
- Deliver a premium and consultative buying experience to clients
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident personality
✔ Passion for real estate, sales, and customer interaction
✔ Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings
✔ Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
✔ Two-wheeler / personal vehicle preferred
