About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our clients across retail and non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and map job profiles for various roles (retail, non-IT, contract, permanent, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.), internal database, references, and direct search
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, shortlist suitable candidates, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, share candidate feedback, and support joining/onboarding of candidates
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in non-IT / retail recruitment
