A Collection Executive in New Farmers Agri Development Multi State Cooperative Society Limited is responsible for collecting payments, deposits, or dues from members and customers of the society as per the approved schemes and policies. The executive ensures timely collection and maintains proper records of all transactions.
The Collection Executive must visit members or customers when required, maintain good relationships with them, and ensure that payments are collected within the specified time period. They must also provide receipts and submit the collected amount to the concerned department or office according to society procedures.
The executive is responsible for maintaining accurate collection reports, updating records, and informing management about pending payments or collection issues. The role also requires following the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the society while performing collection duties.
