Key Responsibilities
Patient Acquisition & Branding: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital and print media to promote specific medical specialties and increase hospital footfall.
Doctor & Corporate Networking: Build strong referral networks with local physicians, diagnostic clinics, and regional corporate entities to generate patient leads.
Community Outreach: Organize health camps, seminars, and awareness programs in neighborhoods to improve the hospital's local footprint.
Digital Media Management: Oversee social media channels, website content, and SEO strategies to enhance online presence and patient engagement.Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, evaluate campaign metrics, and track referral trends to refine marketing strategies and report to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in healthcare business development, pharmaceuticals, or hospital marketing.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, networking abilities, event planning, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
