Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Education Loan Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, the ability to interact confidently with students and parents, and knowledge of the education loan process. The candidate will be responsible for supporting students with suitable education loan options while contributing to overall sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding education loan options for overseas education.
- Understand students' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for education loan applications.
- Assist students in understanding loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, repayment terms, and processing procedures.
- Collect and verify required documents from students and parents.
- Coordinate with financial institutions and follow up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.
- Generate new leads and convert prospective students into customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the loan process.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and loan applications in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and financial partners.
- Stay updated on education loan policies, eligibility criteria, and available loan products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, education loans, banking, financial services, or overseas education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of education loan processes and documentation.
- Strong sales and lead conversion abilities.
- Confident in communicating with students and parents.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office will be an advantage.
