About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and generating sales for our IT services and solutions, including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Salesforce CRM Solutions, and IoT Devices.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management within the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Promote and sell IT services including:
- Website Design & Development
- Mobile Application Development (Android, iOS, Hybrid)
- Salesforce CRM Implementation, Customization, and Support Services
- IoT Devices and Smart Technology Solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales or business development.
- Proven experience selling software services, web/mobile development projects, CRM solutions, or technology products.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM solutions and digital transformation services.
- Experience in selling IoT products and solutions will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹13,946.52 - ₹58,166.56 per month
