Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in factory machinery to minimize costly production downtime.
- System Design & Implementation: Design, control, and implement complex electrical systems, circuits, and products for industrial operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations and operations comply with local and global safety standards and regulatory codes.
- Process Optimization: Develop and improve manufacturing processes by modifying equipment and analyzing assembly methods.
- Preventative Maintenance: Monitor and execute routine inspection plans to prevent electrical failures and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Team Leadership: Train, guide, and oversee junior engineers, technicians, and floor operators on electrical safety and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), power distribution, and electrical panels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using design and simulation software (such as AutoCAD Electrical) and diagnostic testing tools.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to read electrical schematics and rapidly resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Clear organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
