Position Overview:-
The Co-ordinator acts as the central pillar of our Moga clinic. This role requires a balance of compassionate family engagement, daily administrative management, and smooth coordination between parents and our multidisciplinary team of therapists (Speech Therapists, Psychologists, and Special Educators).
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Center Administration
- Oversee the daily appointment calendar, scheduling assessments and therapy sessions seamlessly to maximize therapist productivity.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of patient registrations, attendance, and therapy logs.
2. Client & Parent Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents visiting or calling the center; handle inquiries with empathy, patience, and absolute professionalism.
- Brief new parents on the center’s onboarding processes, and basic details regarding therapy timelines.
- Address and resolve parents' queries or scheduling conflicts gracefully, keeping student comfort as the priority.
- Act as the link between the clinical staff (therapists/doctors) and the front office to ensure sessions begin and end on time.
Required Experience & Qualifications:-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of administrative or coordination experience. Prior experience in a hospital, child development center, special school, or clinic is preferred.
