Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Allocate tasks and manage workforce productivity on the shop floor.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Monitor machine utilization, material availability, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train, guide, and support operators and production staff.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain operational records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- ITI candidates with relevant supervisory experience may also apply.
- Freshers with strong leadership skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
