Role: Customer Calling Executive - Healthcare (Full-time, Work from Office)
Experience - 3-6 years (Inbound/outbound)
Location: Mumbai (Jogeshwari West)
Salary: Base Salary (up to 30K)+ Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume incoming & outgoing phone calls
- Accepting ownership for effectively solving enquiry, customer issues, and complaints
- Follow communication scripts when handling customer calls
- Generating sales leads
- Follow up customer calls when leads are generated
