Job Description: Sales Calling Assistant

Role Summary
This is a single-focus role no fluff, no multitasking across ten departments. The person hired will do exactly two things, and do them well:
- Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing clients.
- Maintain an Excel-based tracker logging every call, outcome, and follow-up.
If someone wants a "little bit of everything" job, this isn't it. We need someone who treats the phone and the spreadsheet like their two most important tools — nothing else.
Key Responsibilities Calling (80% of the role)
- Make daily outbound calls to a provided list of leads (NGOs, corporates, referrals, inbound inquiries).
- Follow a basic call script/pitch (provided) to introduce Northrop's services.
- Qualify leads — interested / not interested / follow-up later / send details.
- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the founder/directors when a lead is warm.
- Handle basic objections and answer simple FAQs about the firm.
- Re-attempt calls for no-response leads on a set cadence (e.g., Day 1, Day 3, Day 7).
Excel Tracking (20% of the role)
- Maintain a daily call log in Excel: name, number, date/time, outcome, notes, next action date.
- Update lead status (New → Contacted → Interested → Follow-up → Converted/Dropped).
- Generate a simple daily/weekly summary: calls made, connects, conversions, pending follow-ups.
- Flag high-priority leads for the founder's attention.
- Keep the sheet clean, formula-driven where possible (no manual re-typing of stale data).
Requirements
- Comfortable making 50+ calls a day without losing energy or politeness by call #40.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets — filters, sorting, basic formulas (VLOOKUP/COUNTIF is a bonus, not mandatory).
- Clear spoken Hindi and English; confident phone manner.
- Basic understanding of professional services / B2B or B2NGO calling is a plus, not required.
- Disciplined and consistent this role rewards someone who shows up and grinds daily, not someone looking for variety.
- Prior tele-calling, BPO, or inside-sales experience preferred.

- Fixed: ₹10,000–₹30,000/month + 10% commission on every Sale .
- Incentive: Per qualified lead converted to a meeting, or per closed deal small fixed amount per action, so effort is directly rewarded.
- Review after 3 months based on call volume + conversion consistency.

Pay: ₹8,190.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
