- Plan and supervise daily fabrication and assembly activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and material utilization.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Store, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Minimize rework, rejection, and production downtime.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.
- Train operators and monitor their performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
