We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Executive to support compliance-related documentation, coordination, and submission activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of compliance processes.
Maintain correspondence with societies, consultants, banks, and internal departments to obtain required documents and information.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure timely collection and submission of compliance-related documents.
Liaise with banks for creation and processing of bank guarantees.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing or forwarding.
Prepare compliance-related documents such as Undertakings, Indemnity Bonds, Affidavits, and other statutory documents using approved templates.
Prepare SWM challans and upload required documents on the AutoDCR portal.
Process and coordinate payment of stamp duty challans as required.
Maintain and update Compliance MIS reports for assigned projects.
Ensure proper documentation, record management, and tracking of submissions.
Stay updated with departmental procedures, compliance requirements, and process changes.
