Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate assigned vehicles to transport people, products, or materials.
- Follow designated routes and schedules, adjusting as needed for traffic or road conditions.
- Load and unload cargo or assist passengers when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tires, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of the vehicle.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.
- Assist in basic maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (as applicable).
- Proven driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge of GPS devices, local roads, and traffic patterns.
- Ability to lift packages or assist with loading/unloading (if required).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
