Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while leveraging their expertise in Tally and Excel for seamless bookkeeping and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries, journal postings, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Excel Proficiency:
- Create and maintain financial reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Perform data analysis and generate insights for financial planning and decision-making.
- TallyPrime Operations:
- Record and process financial transactions using Tally ERP.
- Generate GST, TDS, and other compliance-related reports.
- Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including tax filings and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial data.
- General Accounting Duties:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Certification in Tally or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
