About the role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content for social media, marketing, promotional activities, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and marketing purposes.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos and short-form content.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, graphics and animations.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio editing and video enhancement.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand video requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand and content style.
- Keep up with current video editing and social media trends.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Video Editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of video editing, transitions, effects and basic motion graphics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Portfolio of previous video editing work is preferred.
