Job Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer capable of owning application development end-to-end—from UI development and backend processing to database design, testing, deployment, and application performance. The candidate should have strong backend development expertise along with frontend and cloud deployment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to co-work with Agentic AI model, Optimizing processes agnatically [agentic optimizing engineering]
Develop applications end-to-end across frontend, backend, middleware, and databases
Translate UI/UX designs into scalable and production-ready applications
Develop backend services, APIs, business logic, and data-processing components
Design and implement database schemas and data-access layers
Design applications considering performance, scalability, security, and reliability
Develop and maintain automated test cases for frontend and backend components
Follow engineering best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) where applicable
Design application components and technical implementation approaches
Prepare implementation plans and technical documentation
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
Estimate work, define work items/story points, and sequence development activities
Support application deployment across different environments
Work with distributed/global engineering teams
Support modernization initiatives such as monolithic-to-microservices migration
Must be available for on-call support as needed
Ability to collaborate effectively with Agentic AI models
Capability to optimize repetitive processes and workflows using agentic/autonomous engineering approaches
Required Technical Skills:
Backend: Strong experience in at least one of Python, Node.js, React js
Python frameworks such as Django/FastAPI/Flask are preferred
Frontend: Experience with modern JavaScript-based frontend technologies, preferably React.js, Next.js, and Node.js ecosystem
Databases: Good understanding of SQL databases, NoSQL databases, in-memory databases, and caching technologies
Good to have rust, type script
Strong application design and development skills
Understanding microservice architecture
Experience with cloud-based deployments
Exposure to containerization, preferably Docker
Understanding of application security, performance, and scalability
Experience writing automated test cases
Additional Requirements:
Must have experience implementing backend functionality for application features
Experience with billing and metering platforms is required
Experience integrating different payment providers is required
Experience with distributed/global engineering teams
Experience with code reviews, code merging, and collaborative development practices
