Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and attendants warmly and guide them appropriately
- Manage patient registrations, OPD appointments, and billing coordination
- Answer and route incoming calls, including emergency inquiries
- Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and hospital database
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth patient flow
- Handle admissions, discharge processes, and documentation
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist in handling emergency cases and directing them to appropriate units
- Manage insurance/TPA coordination (if applicable)
Requirements & Skills:
- Graduate in any field (preferably from healthcare or administration background)
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (hospital experience preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts, as hospital operates 24/7)
- Professional appearance and behavior
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)

- Coordination with multiple departments (OPD, ICU, emergency, etc.)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
