Job description
ESTIMATION ENGINEER:
· Evaluating & Preparing Bill Of Material , tender documents.
· Preparing and evaluating cost analysis with supplier quotation.
· Negotiations with supplier on both technical and commercial aspects of products.
· Quotation preparation on Fire pump room and hydrant system , Fire sprinkler system Gas suppression
system.
· Searching & Downloading E Tenders from E Portals
· Evaluating tender / Bid documents & schedules
· Preparation of Pre-Qualification of tender documents & pre-bid queries
· Preparation of tender costing
· Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications
· Responsible for timely submission of tenders, follow-up
· Coordinate with engineers, project team, management and client
· Proficient in MS Office, Online Tender Search, Tendering/Procurement Portals
having 1-5 years of experience in tendering
Qualification - Looking for BE (EEE & ECE) , B.Sc. phy, maths
