Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecaller Agents to support student admissions and lead engagement activities. The candidate will communicate with students and parents, explain academic programs, follow up on inquiries, and assist the counseling team in converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from provided databases
- Explain study abroad, UG, PG, medical, and summer program opportunities
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp
- Schedule counseling sessions and maintain lead records
- Handle basic student queries professionally
- Update CRM or Excel sheets with daily call reports
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication
- Prior telecalling, sales, or counseling experience preferred
- Ability to achieve daily calling and follow-up targets
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
