We are searching for an engaged telemarketer to boost sales by reaching out
to current and possible patients. To this end, the telecaller will be
required to obtain lists of individuals' information and guide them to visit
the clinic. You should also jot down important notes during conversations
to facilitate follow-ups on the CRM.
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from the
prospects and convert them into confirmed patients who will visit the
clinic.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients'
requests.
Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about
products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of
complaints.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related
expectations.
Maintain the database of the leads regularly, create and

Qualifications &
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Having a pleasing personality, should have a working knowledge of MS
Excel & working on the Customer Relationship Management software.
Fresher/ More than 6 months of relevant experience in sales &
counseling
Must be patient, service-oriented, extremely organised, and detail-oriented.
Should be patient and have the ability to engage patients in
conversation.

KRA:
Will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from the

on dialer, Outbound, Inbound, Follow-ups, Closure, sales, and 200 calls
from the tele advisor and 150 calls from TL with standard protocol
100% coordination with the Manager, Team, and Front-end clinic team
Meeting the Walk-in targets at the clinic – Achieve team target of walk-ins
per day at clinics & minimum 15% conversion against the new leads
Leads follow-up and revenue generation

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
