Primary Purpose
The Performance & Strategy Specialist has a key role within the Biopharma Department and is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across
all the programs. The Specialist oversees the tracking and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the unit's overall performance, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend evidence-based actions that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supports frequent (internal) evaluations of projects, analyzing project milestones, identifying issues and risks, and facilitating discussions to overcome any difficulties.

Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess vaccine unit performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Proactively address any issues that may impact trial timelines or deliverables.

Determine and implement strategies for the successful delivery of clinical.

Support the development and implementation of processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity within the vaccine delivery unit.
-
Supports frequent internal evaluations of projects, analyzing project milestones, identifying issues and risks, and facilitating discussions to overcome any difficulties.

Tracks and measures key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance, applying data analytics tools and methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and areas for operational improvement.

Develops and implements data driven recommendations to enhance process efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness across vaccine studies and clinical programs.

Prepares regular progress and analytical reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, trends, and strategic recommendations to improve decision making and resilience.

Conducts in depth data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization in resource allocation, enrollment progress, and milestone adherence.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between project execution, data integrity, and performance outcomes.

Effectively communicates project status, insights, and risk indicators to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into actionable information.

Proactively identifies and addresses issues that may impact trial timelines, quality, or deliverables, leveraging analytics to support early detection and mitigation.

Determines and implements strategies for successful clinical delivery, ensuring that performance metrics align with quality and compliance expectations.

Supports the development, standardization, and automation of processes and tools that improve efficiency, data visibility, and operational resilience across the organization.

Contributes to the Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework, helping ensure uninterrupted clinical operations through data supported risk assessment, performance monitoring, and recovery planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, economics, or a related field

2 years of relevant experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

1-3 years Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power Bi,Tableau, Python).

Adept at analyzing data to form independent decisions.

Effective time management skills as demonstrated through management of multiple projects.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proven ability to make difficult decisions under pressure, at times without all desired
information. -
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Good leadership skills including experience leading a global and cross functional team.

Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
