- Monitor new tender opportunities (government & private) relevant to company offerings.
- · Identify, download, and track tenders on e-procurement portals (CPP, GeM, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, IREPS, etc.).
- · Study tender documents, technical specifications, and BEC/PQC requirements.
- · Coordinate preparation of bid documents by gathering technical, financial, and credential inputs (certifications, registrations, past projects, etc.).
- · Prepare and compile complete bid packages — BOQ, technical sheets, annexures, and pricing schedules.
- · Work with technical, operations, and finance teams to finalize proposals including timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.
- · Participate in pre-bid meetings and facilitate pre-qualification processes.
- · Ensure timely bid submission (online/offline) and confirm receipt.
- · Handle post-bid activities — clarification replies, price-bid openings, and follow-ups.
- · Maintain a database of all tenders — live, won, lost — with outcomes, competitor insights, and renewal schedules.
- · Conduct tender performance analysis (win/loss reasons, profit margins, risks).
- Ensure adherence to company policies (e.g., confidentiality, ethical bidding practices).
