Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrollments for online degree and certification programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient in Tele-calling
- Handle inbound leads and make outbound follow-ups
- Guide students through application process and fee payment
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
- Update CRM with accurate lead status
- Maintain high-quality student engagement
KPIs:
- Enrollments achieved
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
- Call productivity & follow-up
compliance:
CTC : INR 4 Lakhs per annum
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any graduate 1–4 year’s experience in inside sales / counseling (EdTech preferred) Strong communication and persuasion
- skills Proficient in Tamil , English ( Strong communication skills )
Pay: ₹11,005.90 - ₹35,401.07 per month
