Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and handle front desk operations.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally.
- Manage appointments, emails, and visitor records.
- Provide basic administrative support.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English communication will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
