Job Summary
D'LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Fit-out Engineer to manage the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities while ensuring timely project completion, superior quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute residential interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate site activities involving modular furniture installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and finishing works.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site readiness before execution.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and daily site progress.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely material availability and verify materials received at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues with minimal project delays.
- Ensure work is executed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Perform quality inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and final project handover.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely completion and quality execution.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior fit-out or turnkey interior project execution.
- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and complete home interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and working drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, site measurements, and material estimation.
- Strong project coordination and contractor management skills.
- Good communication, client handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Chennai.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
