Main Responsibilities / Tasks: · Evaluation/Review of engineering documents, Calibration, Planning EPO/IPO pumps Testing, Performance, Noise, Vibration, Mechanical Run Test, NPSH Test, Nozzle load, Resonance Testing, Rework, Pump Qualification. · Detailed engineering of Pumps as per API 610 standard for Oil & Gas, Chemical industry. · Review all the testing requirements in advance to the actual test w.r.t QAP, customer specification, PDS through a central track sheet. · Monthly testing plans to be prepared in line with production plan and same to be circulated in every month first week which should support for production plan review.
Required Qualifications
& Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / production engineering Experience: 8 to 15 years of working experience in Pump / Contract Engineering – Pumps / Project Consulting firms / Project Engineering firms / EPC firms. Hands-on knowledge of API standards (especially API 610), ISO Standards, NDT and material inspection
