Administrative Duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Maintain billing records and payment receipts.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer payments.
Sales & Customer Support
- Assist customers with basic enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Follow up on customer documentation and payments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
