Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of critical Linux-based services and systems.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, manageable, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions.

Build, deploy, and support Linux-based tools, services, and platforms.

Automate infrastructure management using configuration management tools and scripting.

Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and infrastructure changes.

Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure environments.

Manage and support containerized platforms and orchestration environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call and standby support schedule.

Strong expertise in Debian Linux and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

Hands-on experience with Puppet and Ansible.

Advanced scripting skills using Bash and/or Python.

Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with GitFlow for source control and deployment management.

Solid understanding of web applications, networking, infrastructure monitoring, and security.

Experience managing DNS, SMTP/Email Services, NTP, IP Routing, OS-Level Firewalls, Monitoring & Alerting Tools, and Infrastructure Security.

Familiarity with Docker Swarm and Red Hat OpenShift is a plus.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments. -
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices.

Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available Linux infrastructure.

Troubleshoot complex system, networking, and containerization issues effectively.
