- Craft clear, persuasive, and engaging copy across digital touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, social media, campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Translate complex products, services, and ideas into simple, compelling messaging that resonates with the intended audience.
- Write UX copy for websites and digital products, ensuring clarity, consistency, and an intuitive user experience.
- Develop brand messaging, headlines, taglines, campaign concepts, and long-form content while adapting tone of voice to different brands and industries.
- Stay curious about emerging industries, consumer behaviour, and communication trends to continuously strengthen the quality and credibility of your writing.

Support for Internal Teams
- Assist teams like HR, Business, and UX with content for internal communication and external campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
Content Quality & Community Management
- Review all content for grammatical accuracy, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
- Ensure pixel-perfect output with attention to every detail, tone, and visual element.
- Engage with the online community – respond to comments, DMs, and build rapport with followers.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze post-performance, engagement, and reach across platforms.
- Create insightful weekly/monthly reports with data-backed observations and recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration & Time Management
- Work closely with designers, TLs, and digital marketing team members to develop and execute campaigns.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are adhered to by all involved stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in content creation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Literature, Communication, Journalism, or Advertising.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills with a strong grasp of grammar and storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
