- Approach customers who visit the textile showroom for sarees and readymade garments after their billing is completed
- Invite customers into our jewellery showroom and explain our product range
- Clearly explain Gold, Silver, and Diamond jewellery collections
- Educate customers about our Gold,Silver & Diamond EMI schemes and convert walk-ins into sales
- Maintain continuous follow-up with customers and clear their queries
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and purchases
Working Hours
- 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Any one weekday (Monday to Friday)
- (Saturday & Sunday are working days)
Dress Code
- Uniform Saree / Chudidar (as per company guidelines)
Qualification
- SSLC,12th / Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Good communication in Tamil, basic sales skills, passion for jewellery.

A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for driving store revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing, and selling jewelry, including diamonds, gold, and precious stones. Key duties include achieving sales targets, offering expert product advice, maintaining visually appealing displays, managing inventory, and building lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewellery pieces for various occasions.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by promoting products and upselling, particularly on high-value items.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of jewelry, including metals, gemstones, designs, and pricing, to confidently explain products.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and properly displayed to attract customers.
Transactions & Inventory: Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges and assist with inventory management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and follow up post-purchase.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry or luxury goods.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Attributes: A polished, professional appearance with a passion for sales and high-end products.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of metals, gemstones, and current fashion trends.
Common Requirements
Full-time availability, often including weekends and holidays.
Minimum education levels often high school diploma or equivalent
