Email Support Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 9am to 6pm
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed week off)
Qualification: HSC/Graduation (Experience is Mandatory)
Salary: ₹16,000 In-Hand
JOB OVERVIEW
- We are hiring Email Support Executives responsible for handling customer queries through email and written communication channels.
- This is a non-sales and non-target role focused on customer query resolution and service quality.
- Candidates must have good written communication skills and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries via email and ticketing tools
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns
- Maintain proper email etiquette and professional communication
- Ensure queries are resolved within defined TAT / SLA timelines
- Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)
- Good written English communication required
- Basic computer and typing knowledge
- Ability to understand customer issues and provide proper resolution
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Prior experience in email or chat support process
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
