Job Description
We are hiring an HR Recruiter for BPO/Voice Process Hiring at our Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting telephonic assessments, and scheduling interviews for voice process/BPO roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through job portals and recruitment channels
- Handle bulk hiring for BPO/Voice Process requirements
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and regular follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience required
- Experience in Recruitment Consultancy will be preferred
- Experience in BPO/Voice Process Hiring is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Age up to 29 years preferred
