Digital Marketing Specialist – Mobile App Growth & Product Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile App Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, SaaS, Shopify, Marketplaces, and digital products.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and comfortable owning marketing campaigns from strategy and execution through optimization and reporting. You will work closely with product, development, design, and sales teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for mobile apps, SaaS products, Shopify/eCommerce solutions, and online marketplaces.
- Plan and manage Mobile App Growth campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Drive App Installs, User Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement, and Revenue.
- Develop and execute ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies to improve app visibility and organic downloads.
- Conduct product and competitor research to identify market opportunities and positioning.
- Create Product Marketing strategies including messaging, positioning, go-to-market campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Develop marketing funnels and optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and retention.
- Work on SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Create landing pages, campaign briefs, ad creatives, and marketing content in collaboration with design/content teams.
- Analyze campaign and product data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Firebase, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI marketing, mobile growth, SaaS, eCommerce, Shopify, marketplaces, and performance marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing / Product Marketing.
- Proven experience with Mobile App Growth Marketing and user acquisition.
- Experience marketing SaaS, Shopify/eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, web applications, or digital products.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, SEO, ASO, and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Firebase, Google Search Console, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, retention, and churn.
Good to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS and B2C products.
- Experience launching or scaling mobile apps internationally.
- Knowledge of App Store and Google Play algorithms.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, and remarketing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
- Experience working with technology/product development teams.
