Education: 12th Pass / ITI
2 to 5 years – Experience is compulsory.
Bus Transportation Facility available.
- A VMC operator uses a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) to cut, shape, and form metal parts.
- Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications.
- Experience of G Code / M Code, Drilling cycle, Machines speed, XY Controller, dimensions.
- Experience of Drilling Cycle with code.
- Load and unload materials onto the machines .
- Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary .
- Maintain a clean and organized work area .
- Set up and operate VMC machines according to established procedures and production schedules, including loading raw materials and tooling.
- using hand tools in the manufacturing process.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints / Drawing Reading.
- Proficiency in operating VMC machines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
