Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,535.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
