Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping and ledger management.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts payable & receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and TDS filings.
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
- Export related documents knowledge
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Handle employee attendance, payroll processing, and reimbursements.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
