To maintain accurate and timely data entry of all material transactions in the Store Department, ensuring proper inventory records, stock movement tracking, and documentation for the electrical motor manufacturing and assembly process.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter Goods Receipt (GRN), Material Issue, Material Return, and Stock Transfer entries into the ERP/Inventory Management System.
- Update daily inward and outward material records accurately.
- Maintain stock records for raw materials, bought-out items, consumables, WIP, and finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain material issue slips, GRNs, gate passes, and other store documents.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and material receipt documents before data entry.
- Maintain proper filing of physical and electronic store documents.
- Update daily stock movement reports and inventory reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual physical stock verification.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the Store In-Charge immediately.
- Generate ERP reports related to stock, material consumption, and inventory status.
- Maintain master data for materials, suppliers, and item codes.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material transactions.
- Ensure all entries are completed on the same day to maintain real-time inventory.
- Maintain confidentiality of company inventory and procurement records.
- Follow company procedures, ISO documentation requirements, and store policies.
- Comply with all safety rules and housekeeping (5S) practices within the store
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Preferred).
Experience
- 2–3 years experience in Store Data Entry, Inventory, or ERP operations in a manufacturing company.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software (SAP).
- Basic inventory management knowledge.
- Good documentation and filing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
