Position: Assistant Accounts Manager
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Faridabad & Baghola, Palwal (as per business requirements)

Role & Responsibilities
- Handle accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounting records maintenance, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Manage billing activities and coordinate with customers for timely submission and follow-up of invoices.
- Prepare and process cheques for creditors and expense payments on a daily basis.
- Generate quotations, proforma invoices, and other customer-related financial documents.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for certification and bill processing.
- Maintain and monitor records of security cheques and related documentation.
- Coordinate and process staff reimbursement claims and transporter claims after obtaining approvals.
- Prepare and manage DC, RC, and E-Way Bills, including support beyond regular working hours when required.
- Assist the Accounts Manager in day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting.
- Supervise and guide Accounts Executives to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Visit the factory at Baghola, Palwal on a weekly basis or as required for business operations.
- Monitor petty cash, cash flow, and creditor payments.
- Support import-related accounting and documentation activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· CA(Inter)/CA Final Group 1.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Busy Software, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in invoice processing, creditor management, and cash flow monitoring.
- Knowledge of import documentation and accounting procedures.
- Ability to handle bulk cheque processing and payment coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
