We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service, managing daily communications, and supporting our team with general administrative duties.
- Front Desk Operations: Warmly welcome guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages.
- Correspondence: Manage the main office email inbox, sort daily mail, and handle courier deliveries.
- Scheduling: Update calendars and assist in booking meeting rooms.
- Office Organization: Maintain a neat and tidy reception area and restock front desk supplies as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
