### Job Description: Senior Telecalling Officer
We are seeking a results-driven **Senior Telecalling Officer** to lead our high-performing outbound sales team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between management and the front-line telecallers, ensuring operational excellence and consistent goal achievement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Team Leadership:** Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of telecallers, fostering a high-energy environment focused on performance and professional growth.
* **Target Management:** Partner with individual team members to set, track, and score monthly sales targets. You will be responsible for monitoring daily KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and implementing actionable strategies to ensure all team objectives are met or exceeded.
* **Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive coaching to refine sales scripts, objection handling, and customer engagement techniques.
* **Reporting:** Maintain detailed performance records and provide management with timely updates on team productivity and market insights.
