Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Understand customer learning requirements and recommend suitable courses, certifications, or training programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions and product demonstrations to explain platform features, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively handling objections and closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospective learners to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support promotional campaigns and student onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with students and generate referrals for additional business opportunities.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Work Type: Onsite
- Work Timings: 10 AM- 7 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
