Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our market presence in Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in assigned regions. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy field work, client interactions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- To Target new project openings and existing 5 star / 4-star properties across your region & develop new markets in the tier 2 cities.
- To establish new partnerships with new hotel groups & expand sales base through key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and partners
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Plan and execute client meetings, follow-ups, and business reviews
- Cold calling to arrange new and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, pipelines, and conversions
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Travel within and outside the city as required (7–12 days per month).
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
