Reporting to: EHS Head
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
Conduct safety inspections and audits
Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
Manage Permit to Work (PTW) activities.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
Support emergency response and mock drills.
Maintain safety records and compliance documentation
Qualification :
Diploma or B. Tech in Engineering
NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
ADIS Certification
Industry Preferred:
Manufacturing / Metals / Recycling / Chemical Industry
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and statutory compliance
Experience in PTW system, risk assessment, and incident investigation
Good communication and training skills
Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting.
