Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven INTERNATIONAL/Global Admission Counsellor who can generate student admissions through direct counselling, institutional partnerships, and lead generation activities. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and educational partners while driving student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding academic, certification, and career-oriented programs.
- Generate qualified leads through educational institutions, referral networks, events, and outreach campaigns.
- Develop and maintain tie-ups with colleges, universities, coaching centers, training institutes, and educational consultants.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions to attract prospective students.
- Build strategic partnerships to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Manage the complete admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to maximize conversions.
- Maintain lead and admission data in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and partnership targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in INTERNATIONAL/ Overseas Admission Counselling, Educational Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B Academic Partnerships, or Student Recruitment is a must.
- Strong network within colleges, universities, and educational institutions will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel for institutional meetings and partnership development.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-driven roles.
