CRM Executive – Customer Relationship & Order Coordination

We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer accounts, coordinate orders, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and QC teams.
- Handle customer communication, order updates, and issue resolution.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, account management, or order coordination.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or export coordination is an added advantage.
