Job description:
- Managing operations- ordering, service, duty roster, quality control, cost control
- Vendor management- rate negotiations, quality check, sourcing of new ingredients
- Menu development and ideation
- Guest interaction, managing and working on feedback
- Mentoring, training and managing kitchen team
